Our reviews policy
Reviews only help parents if they're real. Here's how we keep them genuine, in line with UK consumer law (the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024).
What we do
- Every review is checked by our team before it appears.
- We publish genuine reviews good and bad - we never remove or hide honest negative reviews.
- We never write, edit or commission reviews, and providers cannot review themselves.
- We don't pay for reviews or offer hidden incentives. If we ever run a review campaign with an incentive, it will be clearly disclosed and open to positive and negative reviews alike.
- Google ratings shown on listings are clearly labelled as Google's, are separate from our own reviews, and are not blended into our star scores.
Spotted a fake or unfair review?
Please tell us and we'll investigate and remove anything that breaches this policy. Providers can respond to reviews on their listing once they've claimed it.
