Who we are
Football Reach is operated by Apps 365 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13955007). Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. VAT registration number GB 411473233. You can reach us any time at hello@footballreach.com.
What Football Reach is
Football Reach is an educational tool. It organises the answers you give into a development profile (the Player Development Score) and a personalised development plan, using an open scoring method. It is not a prediction, a scouting service, or a guarantee of any outcome. A result reflects the answers entered at the time of the assessment; it does not mean you will, or will not, reach any level or become a professional footballer.
Who can use Football Reach
The assessment is for players aged 8 to 30. For a player under 16, a parent or guardian must fill it in with them and make any purchase. The Progress Tracker, directory enquiries, quote requests and reviews are for people aged 16 and over (a parent or guardian for a younger player). Claiming or adding a business listing is for people aged 18 and over who are authorised to act for that business.
No professional advice
Our plans are general guidance, not medical, nutritional or coaching advice tailored to your individual health. Always train under qualified supervision and consult a doctor before starting new physical training, especially for young or growing players.
Payment, refunds and cancellation
The assessment and score are free. The 90-day Player Development Plan is paid once, at the price shown, taken securely through Stripe. There is no recurring charge.
What the 90 days include:
- Your full plan from this assessment: the four corners explained, your position profile and the routes open at your age and level
- Two priority areas for the 90 days, with a weekly training structure
- A checklist of the recommended actions to tick off as you go
- Up to 6 check-in assessments before your last day, each with its own updated plan
- Your starting point and every check-in side by side, corner by corner, with a trend for each area once there are three results
- Four standard physical tests with set procedures: record your results and see your latest against your first, like for like
- Local services related to your priority areas, chosen by published rules, never paid placement
- Email reminders to check in around day 30 and day 60, and a note before it ends
When it starts and ends: day 1 is the day your payment completes and the plan runs to the end of day 90 (UK time). Your start date and last day are shown before you pay, in the confirmation email and on your plan page. It ends automatically: it does not renew, it does not turn into a subscription and nothing more is charged. When the 90 days end, the plans you received stay readable at your private links. Check-ins, reminders and the checklist stop. Nothing renews and nothing more is charged.
The plan is digital content provided straight away, so before paying you ask us to provide it immediately and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply once it has been provided. That said, we want you to be happy: if the plan isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll put it right, including a refund where appropriate. A full refund ends the 90-day plan and closes its plans; your free results stay available.
Plans bought before the 90-day plan was introduced were sold as a one-off plan to keep. They stay readable for good.
The optional Progress Tracker is a separate monthly subscription (again taken through Stripe). It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel it any time from your account or by emailing us, and it stops at the end of the current period - no lock-in.
Acceptable use
Use the site honestly and for yourself or a player you support. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the service.
Your result link
Your result and plan live at a private, unguessable link. Anyone with that link can view them, so keep it to yourself. We are not responsible for links you choose to share.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apps 365 Ltd is not liable for any decision made on the basis of a Football Reach result or plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
