Delete your Football Reach account
This page is for the Football Reach (APPS 365 LTD) app, on the App Store and Google Play, and for the same account on footballreach.com. You can delete your account in the app at any time, or ask us here.
Delete in the app
- Parents and guardians: open the Family tab, then Delete my account, to delete the whole family account with every player in it. To delete one player only, open that player in the Family tab and choose Delete this player. Paired phones and tablets are signed out and wiped.
- Coaches: open the Family tab, then Delete my account. Each of your squads passes to a co-coach if it has one, or closes, and its parents are told.
- Players aged 16 or over with their own account: open the Family tab, then Delete my account.
- A player on a paired device cannot delete the account: their parent or guardian does it.
If you signed in with Apple, deleting also revokes the app's access to your Apple ID.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your phone's subscription settings. A Plus subscription bought on our website is cancelled for you when the account is deleted.
What is deleted, and what we keep
- Your account, players, logs, tests, praise and check-ins stop being available at once, and are deleted for good 30 days later.
- We keep payment records for 6 years, as the law requires, and records of consent for 1 year.
- If you coached a squad, the record of what you sent to it is kept for 3 years, as safeguarding guidance asks.
- Anything linked to a safeguarding concern is kept as long as safeguarding rules require.
Ask us to delete it
Cannot get into the app? Fill in the form below. We email the account's address to confirm before anything is deleted, then confirm when it is done, usually within 5 working days. You can also email hello@footballreach.com.
